Creation in Ourique of a centre for technical and social assistance and support for the elderly in a depopulated rural area. The first phase of the Aldeia Lar (Village Home) project is to transform the village (as a whole) into an integrated social response, providing different services for the support and promotion of participation and volunteer activities. The aim is to adapt and improve a building (the CASA - Village Isolation Support Centre), to act as the central venue and support activities to improve the use of free time.
