Involves creating three gardens to produce the association’s own organic food, as well as a demonstration garden. The sustenance gardens are destined for families and institutions, while the demonstration garden will enable the beneficiaries and community in general to acquire skills in organic farming. This project addresses the urban population’s need for access to nature and farming for self-sufficiency. It also aims to encourage an exchange among the local community of surplus products, transformed products and other goods and services.
