The project involves the redevelopment and revitalization of an artistic and cultural area in Bairro das Saibreiras, in Valongo for people at risk of social exclusion. The aim is to promote the sharing of ideas and the development of creative projects, involving social intervention through art in partnership with experts in training, production, dissemination and creation in performing arts, theatre, movement, painting, illustration among other areas.
