The Regras do Jogo (Rules of the Game) project seeks to promote, in the Central Region, the integrated development of at risk and institutionalized children, adolescents and young people through sport. It will also seek to promote debate and educate young people on healthy lifestyles through health workshops and informal education. The intention is to encourage the adoption of healthy eating habits through preparation and tasting in healthy eating workshops.
