Creation, in the Carreiros Housing Unit of the parish of Rio Tinto, of a community library on the EntrEscolhas − Geração d’Ouro project site. This community library shall function as an educational, cultural and recreational resource, seeking to motivate knowledge and reading, in order to minimize lack of information or limited access to books. In the main it aims to develop a taste for quality reading, in a community where there is no resource centre or library, by stimulating the conditions at the cultural, educational and cognitive levels.
