André Príncipe. Elephant

The eighth edition in the Ashpit 8 series is published on the occasion of the exhibition Elephant, by André Príncipe. In it, the artist continues his investigation around the potential of photography as a mechanism for perception, comprehension and construction of reality, bringing together a set of unpublished photographic works and a video installation designed specifically for the occasion. For this short book, André Príncipe carefully selected five images from the set presented in the room, offering an effective overview which communicates with texts by Ana Anacleto and João Pinharanda, the exhibition curators.
