Refurbishing and upgrading the facilities of a kitchen to enable the production of more meals, to achieve certification for the preparation of gourmet products for sale, to create a proprietary gourmet products label and open a social restaurant. The kitchen refurbishment and upgrading will enable the socio-professional reintegration of supported mothers with limited educational and professional qualifications, through training and employability.
