Given the growing number of unemployed young people in the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo, as well as the high school failure rates, the Terceira island Charity wishes to educate and train disadvantaged young people to work in a community garden, to promote their inclusion in other operations and/or independent service provision, thus enhancing their integration in the labour market.
