Creation of a Handyman's social shop and bank to promote the coordinated exchange of services and goods. This is an approach that seeks to address the growing number of individuals and families on low or declining incomes, with households with more than one unemployed person, and the increasing numbers of individuals and families in situations of vulnerability and at risk of social exclusion.
