Creation of a Tourist Route with disability and special needs access, including for the blind and deaf. It is intended to train local guides able to lead the visits, in several languages, for the general public - domestic and foreign - and able to guide people with special needs. Associação Renovar a Mouraria (Renew Mouraria Association) intends to extend this project in the future, to provide training for people with disabilities, so that they can work as tour guides in the neighbourhood.
