Building a shelter to provide protection and aid to people in an emergency and disaster situation, in the Curral das Freiras municipality, one of the island’s regions with the most difficult geographic access. This emergency shelter will have a capacity to store and provide specific equipment and materials for crisis situations, as well as to train volunteers in administering first-aid.
