Created communities that finance and manage themselves (CAF) and allocate their joint savings to grant solidarity loans. This project’s aim is to aid the socio-economic integration of marginalised groups in Portugal. It served as a pilot experiment to implement the model replicated from other European countries, fighting against weak financial resources and the difficult access to credit.
